I'm both a U2 fan and a graphic designer-turned-professor — I don't know which part of me is more excited to read about the consideration of imagery, the choice of typography (love that an iteration of the U2 logo makes an appearance in the 'Helvetica' documentary), the iconography, the manual paste-up, the last-minute changes ... But the most exciting part is seeing what wasn't: the early drafts of the sleeve. I have the unfair perspective of someone who's spent 20 years falling in love with this album, but you absolutely nailed it. (Though I am enamored with the third draft — the one after the nipple.)
