Harper Collins commissioned AMP Visual to design the authorised biography of U2. This project involved working with both the author and the band, to create the definitive stylish coffee table book, reflecting the band’s scale, ambition and art. AMP Visual’s role went beyond design. We sourced most of the pictures, enhancing them where necessary to meet the standards U2’s fanbase have become accustomed to. The book was an instant hit with fans and a second, smaller and more text-oriented book was also produced.
